Themed “Myth of Siam – A Gala of Timeless Wonder,” the event was a highlight of the Amazing Thailand Grand Tourism and Sports Year 2025, reaffirming Thailand’s position as a leading tourism hub. Minister of Tourism and Sports, Mr. Sorawong Thienthong, emphasized the gala’s impact in reviving global travel enthusiasm. “This event celebrated the multifaceted beauty of Thai culture while reinforcing global trust in Thailand’s safety, readiness, and hospitality. The evening peaked with an energetic set by T-POP sensation 4EVE, following their global debut in Los Angeles. Culinary artistry played a starring role through the “Amazing Experience” fine dining showcase. Dishes like shimeji mushroom larb, red ant egg salad, Hokkaido scallops with Southern Thai Khaolae sauce, braised Wagyu cheek curry, and Andaman red snapper celebrated local flavors with gourmet flair. Traditional desserts such as Kanom Ta-Pae, Kanom La, and Khao Mak ice cream offered a sweet finish. In the Showcase Zone, guests experienced Thailand’s “5 Must Do”—from sampling a Som Chun-inspired fine drink, creating royal garlands, and exploring premium local handicrafts, to engaging with interactive travel exhibits and modern-traditional fusion performances. The night concluded with “Thailand in the Box”, a curated set of artisanal gifts representing each region: A woven palm fan from the South A pha khao ma cloth from Central Thailand Thai silverware from the North A khit pillow from the Northeast A granite mortar from the East Each item reflected the regional charm and heritage of the Kingdom.
