TAT Appoints Four New Deputy Governors in Annual Reshuffle
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has announced the appointment of four new deputy governors as part of its annual leadership reshuffle, reinforcing strategic management under the “New Thailand Vision 2026.”
TAT Governor Thapanee Kiatphaibool said the restructuring reflects TAT’s commitment to driving innovative, inclusive, and sustainable tourism growth. With eight deputy governors now overseeing administration, policy, product development, marketing, and innovation, the new structure is designed to sharpen TAT’s global competitiveness.
The new appointments are:

Mr. Akkarawit Taphasit, promoted to Deputy Governor for Administration, formerly Executive Director of the Tourism Investment Promotion Department.

Mr. Chuwit Sirivajjakul, promoted to Deputy Governor for Policy and Planning, after serving as Executive Director for the East Asia Region.

Mr. Nat Kruthasoot, appointed Deputy Governor for Tourism Products and Business, previously Executive Director of the Events Department.

Mrs. Chiravadee Khunsub, confirmed as Deputy Governor for International Marketing – Europe, Africa, Middle East, and the Americas, a role she has held in acting capacity since April 2025.
They join the existing leadership team of:
