Krabi, Thailand Central Pattana Public Company Limited has announced the grand opening of Central Krabi on 24 October 2025, marking the province’s first mixed-use landmark and Thailand’s first sustainable-lifestyle shopping centre.
More than just a shopping destination, Central Krabi integrates sustainability, culture, and community, positioning Krabi as a global eco-friendly tourism hub. The project features a shopping centre, residences, condominiums, and a hotel, all designed with world-class sustainability standards, including over 14,400 sqm of solar panels, EV charging stations, eco-friendly materials, and innovative waste upcycling.
Inspired by “Every Essence of Krabi,” the centre introduces five unique zones — Krabi Bay, Beachwalk, Palm Square, Fisherman’s Village, and Andaman Market — blending local identity with global lifestyle trends.
Shoppers can explore 300+ leading Thai and international brands such as Adidas, Starbucks, Jim Thompson, Lush, and Fuji, alongside curated local businesses, making it a one-stop lifestyle and cultural hub.
In addition, Central Pattana is launching Baan Ninya Krabi, a luxury residential project featuring resort-style villas, an infinity pool, and premium clubhouse facilities, offering an exclusive preview on 30–31 August 2025.
