Travel Advisory: Border Safety Measures Implemented in Eastern and Northeastern Thailand
The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has issued a travel advisory in light of recent security concerns along the Thailand–Cambodia border, particularly in the provinces of Ubon Ratchathani, Si Sa Ket, and Surin. The Royal Thai Army has temporarily closed several border checkpoints, tourist attractions, and national parks in these areas to ensure public safety and maintain national security.

Areas Currently Affected:
-
All border crossing points within the listed provinces
-
Tourist attractions and national parks located within border zones
-
Surrounding communities and commonly visited lookout points
Restrictions Now in Effect:
-
