Siam Paragon, Bangkok’s iconic global retail landmark, is set to celebrate its 20th anniversary with the launch of three world-class attractions in late 2025. The investment of over THB 1.25 billion (US$39 million), supported by a THB 200 million (US$6 million) marketing budget, underscores its mission to deliver unique experiences that attract both Thai and international visitors.

Building on the success of Sea Life Bangkok, one of Southeast Asia’s largest aquariums drawing 2.5 million visitors annually, Siam Paragon will introduce two new attractions spanning more than 20,000sqm:

  • Nextopia (15,000sqm) – a global prototype for “the world of tomorrow,” co-created with over 50 innovation partners and 30 community collaborators. With a budget of THB 850 million (US$26.3 million), Nextopia aims to inspire sustainable living, joy, and meaningful experiences.

  • MeLand (5,000sqm) – Thailand’s first indoor theme park from the renowned Chinese brand, offering more than 100 attractions and 500 immersive edutainment experiences for families. This project represents an investment of THB 400 million (US$12.5 million).

Together with Sea Life, the three attractions will cover 30,500sqm, making Siam Paragon Thailand’s most comprehensive entertainment destination.

Alongside these developments, the mall is unveiling Siam Paragon Dining Phenomenal — Asia’s most extensive dining hub, with over 700 restaurants, cafes, dessert bars, and kiosks. From legendary Thai street food and Michelin-starred chefs to international firsts, the dining journey promises something for every taste. A new Eatelier Dining Entertainment Zone will integrate art, food, and nightlife with live music and DJs, transforming evenings into an immersive lifestyle experience.

Siam Paragon executives say the launch marks a milestone transformation that will reinforce the centre’s status as a premier global destination and magnet for tourism. With more than 100 million visitors annually, the expansion will further elevate Bangkok’s profile as a world-class hub for shopping, entertainment, and gastronomy.
