Army Intercepts 5.4 Million Meth Pills in Major Drug Bust
Thailand’s army seized over 5.4 million meth pills in Nong Khai under the “Seal Stop Safe” campaign. A silver pickup truck was intercepted after a chase; the driver, a 25-year-old Laotian, confessed to smuggling the drugs for delivery. The arrest and seizure were led by the 2nd Army Region and Surasakmontri Task Force.
