Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya opens Bangkok Design Week 2020
Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya visited Thailand Creative and Design Center in Bang Rak district of Bangkok and paid homage to a portrait of Prince Phanurangsi Sawangwong, the founder of Thailand’s telegram services.
Her Royal Highness Princess Sirivannavari Nariratana Rajakanya presided over the opening ceremony of Bangkok Design Week 2020 organized by the Office of a Creative Economy Promotion and over 60 public and private agencies, educational institutions and international organizations as well as designers and creative business operators.
The event which runs from February 1 to February 9 on the theme of Resilience : New Potential for Living is a venue for designers and creative business operators to display their works, join in competitions and build domestic and international networks. The event features Bangkok as a city of diversity, safety and ability to survive and thrive in any situation, with promoted access to public services.
