(15 เม.ย.64) พล.ต.อ.อัศวิน ขวัญเมือง ผู้ว่าราชการกรุงเทพมหานคร เปิดเผยว่า ด้วยสถานการณ์การแพร่ระบาดของโรคโควิด-19 กรุงเทพมหานครมีความห่วงใยประชาชนที่เดินทางกลับจากจังหวัดต่าง ๆ ในช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ 2564 จึงขอความร่วมมือประชาชนผู้เดินทางไปจังหวัดพื้นที่เสี่ยงให้ประเมินความเสี่ยงด้วยตนเองผ่านระบบคัดกรอง BKK COVID 19 ที่ เว็บไซด์ BKK COVID 19 http://bkkcovid19.bangkok.go.th/  ซึ่งเป็นระบบที่กรุงเทพมหานครจัดทำขึ้นเพื่อบันทึกข้อมูลผู้ที่จะเดินทางเข้าพื้นที่กรุงเทพฯ โดยรวบรวมเฉพาะข้อมูลที่จำเป็นซึ่งจะเป็นประโยชน์ในการสืบสวนโรคของเจ้าหน้าที่เพื่อป้องกันและควบคุมการแพร่ระบาด ประชาชนสามารถใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้นและใช้เวลาในการกรอกข้อมูลไม่นาน โดยมีขั้นตอนง่ายๆ เพียง 2 ขั้นตอน ได้แก่ การสแกน QR CODE จากนั้นกรอกแบบฟอร์มข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล อาทิ ชื่อ นามสกุล หมายเลขบัตรประจำตัวประชาชน เบอร์โทรศัพท์มือถือ ระบุเพศ และสัญชาติ จากนั้นกรอกข้อมูลการเดินทาง อาทิ เดินทางมาจากจังหวัดใด เดินทางเข้ากรุงเทพมหานครหรือผ่านไปจังหวัดอื่น ในกรณีเดินทางเข้ากรุงเทพมหานคร ระบุการเดินทางเที่ยวเดียวหรือไปกลับ ระบุเขตและวันเดินทางกลับ พร้อมเหตุผลความจำเป็น จากนั้นแสดงข้อมูลกับเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ด่านคัดกรอง เป็นอันเสร็จสิ้นกระบวนการ…
