Wonderful Indian Art Exhibition at the SVCC Centre, Bangkok

A captivating art exhibition on the ‘Ramayana’, featuring various materials, styles, and textures, is on view this week at the Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre (Indian Cultural Centre), Bangkok.

This unique and inspiring exhibition is a prelude to the upcoming Ramayana Festival, celebrating the King’s Birthday later this month. The festival will feature a grand Indian dance troupe among other international participants.

Opening Ceremony:
The exhibition’s opening yesterday was attended by art and cultural aficionados from the city, along with the Indian and Thai artists. The artists expressed that the Ramayana theme held special significance for them, transcending religious and artistic boundaries, and they completed their works in record time.

ICCR’s Theme:
This exhibition aligns with the ICCR’s theme for the year, “Connecting the World Through Ramayana,” and serves as a prequel to the grand Ramayana Festival.
