In celebration of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s birthday anniversary yesterday, which also marked National Father’s Day, His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn called for a special Khon performance to take place before Dusit Palace.

The entire Khon performance covered 9 portions of the Ramayana.
His Majesty the King also urged citizens to attend an exhibition on His Majesty the late King’s Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, which includes a sale of goods from the SUPPORT Arts and Crafts Foundation of Her Majesty Queen Sirikit of the Ninth Region.
His Majesty also commissioned bouquets be formed by Royal Pages using flowers and crafts produced by SUPPORT to bolster the foundation’s income.
Items commissioned by His Majesty for use in paying homage during the day were also royally bestowed upon attending citizens so that they may continue to bless their lives and homes.
