Mourners continue to pay their respects to the portrait of His Majesty the late King Bhumibol Adulyadej in front of the Grand Palace.
People from all walks of life can be seen laying garlands and flowers before the portrait of His Majesty the late King which is situated between Wisetchaisri and Maneenopparat Gates of the Grand Palace.
His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Bodindradebayavarangkun gave his royal permission to have the portrait of his father the late King placed there, following the closure of Dusit Maha Prasat Throne Hall to make way for ongoing preparations for the royal cremation ceremony.
Officials from the Bureau of Royal Household and volunteers are stationed at various locations to accommodate the mourners.
People are able to lay garlands and flowers before the portrait of HM the late King around the clock every day except October 15th, 21st and 22nd which are the days the royal funeral procession will be rehearsed.
