The Office of the National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) is speeding up efforts to develop television presenters and radio announcers. This year, 46 percent of applicants passed the announcer test.
NBTC Broadcasting Committee Chairman Colonel Natee Sukonrat handed out announcer cards to 238 successful applicants, who passed this year’s training and test. A total of 524 people applied for the card.
The test was broken down into 3 levels, consisting of beginners, intermediate and advanced. The NBTC had tasked 15 related agencies to set up the television presenter and radio announcement training.
