Suwannabhumi Airport staff to undergo staff training to improve services

Suwannabhumi Airport is schedule to hold a seminar under the theme ‘Airport of Smiles’ from 25-26 August, 2011 to improve its services for visitors and passengers.

Airport Director Flying Officer Anirut Thanomkulbutra said airport staff, officers, receptionists, baggage handlers; security officers and every one involved were encouraged to attend the seminar that would boast their personality and create a long lasting image in the minds of the visitors.

The seminar will emphasize on how they can improve their appearances and how to make the first impression to AOT customers. Their smile, language and dress codes are among topics that will be the focus of this seminar.

The speaker for this event will be ML Atcharaporn Na Songkhla who has 30 years of experience in customer services and has created positive image for the organization. The AOT is also aimed at raising the standards of the services and gain worldwide recognition as one of the world’s best airports.
