Qualifications:
• Thai Nationality
• Bachelor’s Degree in any fields.
• Good communication in Thai language over phone is required .
• High service mind and able to work with team .
• Enthusiastic and willing to learn and
• Self motivated and highly ambitious to reach the goal.
• Well-organized and good time management skills.
• Good English speaking skills will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Travel or IT industry if any will be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
• Introduce company services and products to new prospects over phone and arrange meetings for the sales team.
• Support sales team to arrange their meetings and helping in some back end operations related to sales.
• Support customer via phone enquiries for 10% of time.
• Explore various channel to source new leads or contact the leads provided by sales or management team via phone.
• Maintaining call and customer information in CRM.
