(NNT) – Thailand and Cambodia will jointly organize a grand concert to bolster their ties and enhance cultural exchange.
Prime Minister’s Office Minister Ongart Klampaiboon announced that the concert aimed at connecting the two countries in terms of culture will be held at the end of this month. The concert is considered the first step toward expanding economic and social co-operation between the two neighboring countries.
The concert will feature a number of popular, well-known Thai and Cambodian artists. Admission is free. Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva will preside over the opening of the event, which will be held at the Indoor Stadium, Hua-Mark, on November 28th, from 4 – 11pm. The concert will also be broadcast live on state-owned television stations of both countries.
