Latin Business Forum 2010 kicks off

(NNT) – Multilateral talks between continents are considered another important factor which helps boost developing countries’ economy, enabling them to depend less on developed countries.

Prime Minister Abhisit Vejjajiva presided over the opening of the “Latin Business Forum 2010” event. In his speech, he said the occasion presented a good opportunity for members to discuss the Free Trade Agreement (FTA) between the two continents and ways to develop trading strategies.

Thailand has in the past given utmost importance to the Latin America continent through ASEAN trading, which has helped all parties concerned to understand the conditions of free trade and find ways to trade and invest in the future.

Latin-America consists of major trading countries including Argentina, Brazil, Cuba, Mexico, Panama, and Peru.
